CERBERUS DRE receives documentation and evidence. It does not search externally on its own, touch external systems or silently fill missing information.

Analyst and auditor remain separate

A reading of the case is built and then challenged. CERBERUS preserves alternatives, evidence, contradictions, uncertainty and coherence before returning a conclusion or command to the external layer.

Missing data stays missing

When documentation is insufficient, CERBERUS states what material is missing. Another layer may obtain it and resubmit the case. Absence never becomes inference presented as fact.
