Modernize without replacing by default

Many organizations already have a CRM, ERP or vertical system containing years of data, process and operational knowledge. The objective is not reflexive replacement, but identifying missing capabilities and adding them without compromising continuity of the working core.

The existing system remains authoritative

Customers, inventory, contracts, properties, case files or orders remain in the current platform when it is the official source of truth. The new layer reads and writes through APIs, webhooks, databases, files or authorized connectors while respecting the real limits of each integration.

Capabilities that can be added

Agent-based service, voice, omnichannel context, classification, follow-up, document search, task creation, research and automation can be introduced modularly. Each capability is justified by an operational need and a metric, not by a goal of putting “AI” on every screen.

Explicit integration and permissions

Read, write and execution permissions are defined by contract. If a platform safely supports read-only access, the design keeps writes in the original system. High-impact actions require explicit permission and, where appropriate, human approval.

Privacy and provider boundaries

CRM and ERP systems may contain personal, commercial, financial or sensitive data. Architecture defines what can reach external providers, under which policy and with what evidence. Varexis can be added when a stronger technical boundary is required.

Decoupling and reversibility

The modernization layer should be removable or replaceable without disabling the base system. A change in AI, telephony or messaging provider should not require rebuilding the CRM or migrating the operation again.

Measure before expanding

First-response time, eliminated manual tasks, classification accuracy, integration errors, human escalations, resolution and commercial outcomes are compared against a baseline. The next capability is added after the previous one demonstrates value.

// PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE

Modernizing a CRM also means governing its data.

01

GDPR (European Union): minimization, purpose limitation, security and heightened protection for special-category data.

02

UK GDPR + Data Protection Act 2018: UK obligations for processing, security and special-category data.

03

Law 25.326 (Argentina): personal-data and sensitive-data protection framework.

04

LGPD (Brazil): Brazilian framework for personal and sensitive data, including health and biometric data.

OrvixLabs designs technical controls to support compliance. Actual applicability, lawful basis, contracts, consent and professional obligations depend on each organization and jurisdiction.

// FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace my CRM?+

No. The first option is to integrate with what already works and keep it as the system of record.

Can it work with legacy software?+

It depends on available interfaces. We evaluate APIs, webhooks, databases, email, files and other authorized integration paths before defining the architecture.

Can I start with one capability?+

Yes. Voice, WhatsApp, follow-up or automation can be introduced first and expanded after value is demonstrated.

Does OrvixLabs sell one fixed product for this use case?+

No. These pages describe capabilities and architecture patterns. The final system is designed around each organization’s operations, integrations, data and limits.

Can we start with only one part?+

Yes. We prefer introducing one concrete capability, measuring it against a baseline and expanding only after value is demonstrated.
