Gustave H. is not designed as an isolated chatbot. A conversation can consult authorized context, record information, update systems, schedule, escalate and hand off to a person when the situation leaves its domain.
WhatsApp coexistence when the account supports it
In configurations compatible with WhatsApp Business App and Cloud API coexistence, the organization can keep the same number on the phone while connecting automation and intelligence through the API. This reduces operational friction: the agent works where appropriate and a human can continue through the familiar channel.
Memory and channels
WhatsApp, voice, email and web can share identity and operational context instead of acting as four unrelated bots. Useful memory is bounded by permissions, purpose and retention policies.
Actions with boundaries
Answering a question and executing an operation are not the same thing. Every tool is exposed through explicit permissions, parameter validation, logging and escalation paths. Irreversible or sensitive actions remain behind human authority.

Gustave H. has its own public site presenting its conversational approach. The architecture can also be integrated into broader OrvixLabs systems, including Nexus.
