An industrial family, not one product

Industrial Intelligence Systems covers operations that already have PLCs, SCADA, historians, sensors, energy dashboards and maintenance software while interpretation remains fragmented across signals, assets and people. The objective is not to replace deterministic control but to add a cognitive layer that can understand relationships currently reviewed in isolation.

Oil & Gas Operations

Non-intrusive reading of pressure, temperature, flow, vibration, alarms, equipment state and historical events. CASANDRA expands patterns and candidates; METIS confronts rival explanations; CERBERUS verifies what the evidence supports. Operation starts in advisory mode outside the control loop.

Mining Operations

The same architecture can combine distributed assets, internal transport, pumping, ventilation, energy, environmental conditions, operational location and equipment states. When the domain needs a wider physical representation, ARGOS contributes environmental perception and context. The objective is to detect degradation, conflicts and dependencies before they become incidents or downtime.

Plant & Machinery Intelligence

For metalworking, process plants and factories with many machines: motors, vibration, temperature, electrical consumption, demand peaks, idle time, lighting, HVAC, availability and condition-based maintenance. The system builds a coherent view of connected assets instead of turning every sensor into an isolated alarm.

From optimization to operational governance

The intelligent layer can recommend schedules, detect abnormal consumption, anticipate failure, prioritize maintenance and propose operational changes. Physical actions are enabled by policy and criticality. Lighting, auxiliary motors and process shutdowns do not share the same authority level.

Degradable architecture

If the OrvixLabs layer stops, existing industrial control continues. That property is deliberate: observe first, demonstrate value second, enable bounded capabilities only when evidence justifies it. Automation is earned, not assumed.
